“First mural of 2023 is finally finished,” he wrote. “In dedication of the 50th anniversary of Hip-Hop. Wanted to give @sheeklouch @stylesp @jadakiss and @thelox their flowers. I grew up listening to these guys so I’m honored to have painted this wall.
“I want to thank @hardhat_n_highheels and @maya.hatcher.3 for the opportunity to paint their wall located at 944 rogers place bronx ny. I know that White Castles parking lot is gonna be [fire]. We’re looking for more sponsors and walls in each borough to put up our Hip-Hop pioneers. God is great!”
Jada hasn’t visited the mural yet but Darrin “Dee” Dean showed Kiss the artwork over FaceTime and he was blown away. “That shit is mean,” Jadakiss can be heard saying while lending his stamp of approval.
Jadakiss is currently on the road as part of the Legendz of the Streetz Tour with Jeezy, T.I. and many others. The star-studded crew will invade Birmingham, Alabama, this weekend (February 18) before heading to Cleveland, Nashville and Atlanta in the first week of March.
There’s plenty of firepower in the rest of the line-up as well, boasting Hip Hop veterans such as 2 Chainz, Gucci Mane, Rick Ross, Ja Rule, Trina and more. Tickets are currently still available on Ticketmaster.

Meanwhile, Sheek Louch has paid a huge compliment to the Migos by labeling the Atlanta trio as The LOX of the South.
Speaking to DJ Vlad earlier this month, Sheek was reminded that it’s not the first time the Yonkers trio have heaped major praise on the Quality Control rappers.
“Yeah, earlier when they said they feel like the best group out, they supposed to feel like that,” Louch said. “They made a hard impact and this and that. But you know, I told you how I feel about who is the best groups.”

Sheek Louch then reflected on the loss of TakeOff and how he only had positive interactions the few times they met in passing. “Rest in peace to that brother, so sad man. Because every time I seen him he was cool as hell… I don’t know too much but he was just cool, laid back,” he said.
